Quality:  This is a luxury quality wallpaper - easy to hang, spongeable and has good light fastness.  When the time comes for a change, its very easy to peel off and remove.

Manufacturing:  All wallpaper is produced in the UK and is FSC certified. 

Sustainability:  The paper used is sourced from sustainable forests.  The printer inks are supplied by HP which is recognised as one of the most sustainable companies in the world.  As each roll is digitally printed to order, this also means less wastage.  Packaging used is 95% recycled or biodegradable. 

Hanging & Care:  

• Hanging method:  paste the wall
• Use good quality adhesive specifically for paste-the-wall wallpaper
• Wipe with a soft sponge - no detergent
• Non-woven wall coverings are fire certified for Europe and USA

Delivery & Returns: 

• All Rachel Sarah products are made to order.  Delivery time is an estimate.  We will, however, make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.  
• As the wallpaper is printed to order, refunds can only be accepted on faulty items, ie, errors on the printing, colour or repeat of the paper.  We cannot accept responsibility for any marks or damage caused by the pasting or hanging process.  It is responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wallpaper.
